At Gallery Elbayt Elturky, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering high-quality products and excellent service. If you need to exchange or return a product, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Exchange Policy
✔ A product can be exchanged within 14 days from the purchase date, provided it is in its original condition, unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.
✔ The purchase invoice must be presented when requesting an exchange.
✔ If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be exchanged free of charge after inspection and confirmation of the defect.
✔ If the exchange is due to a customer’s preference (such as changing the color or model), the customer will bear any price difference (if applicable) in addition to the shipping costs.
2. Return Policy
✔ A product can be returned within 7 days from the purchase date in the following cases:
• If the product does not match the advertised specifications.
• If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect after inspection.
✔ The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
✔ The refund will be processed using the same payment method within 7 working days from the acceptance of the return request.
3. Cases Where Exchange or Return is Not Accepted
❌ If the product has been used or any of its components or original packaging is missing.
❌ If the product has been broken or damaged due to misuse.
❌ Discounted products purchased during promotions and sales, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
❌ Customized products made upon customer request (such as engraved or personalized items).
